Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in and late check-out may be subject to availability and extra fees. Guests are required to present a valid ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.

3. Payment and Charges
The listed rates for rooms are given in the local currency and are inclusive of all relevant taxes and fees. Additional charges for services such as room service, minibar, and spa treatments will be added to your final bill. Cash, debit card, or credit card can be used for payment. A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your credit card upon check-in for the estimated amount of your stay plus incidental charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Any behavior that disturbs other guests, causes damage to property, or violates local laws will result in immediate eviction without refund.
